Individual counseling is offered to adults (18 and over) who are experiencing difficulties in their physical, social, personal, and spiritual dimensions of life. You may be experiencing the pain and hurt that arise from sadness, shame, anxiety, fear, and loss. You may struggle to understand the tougher questions life asks of you.
