  • Individual counseling

Individual counseling is offered to adults (18 and over) who are experiencing difficulties in their physical, social, personal, and spiritual dimensions of life. You may be experiencing the pain and hurt that arise from sadness, shame, anxiety, fear, and loss. You may struggle to understand the tougher questions life asks of you. For too long, you've tried figuring things out on your own, attempted to avoid the pain, or bent over backwards trying to rid yourself of those uncomfortable feelings and thoughts.

You don't have to face those struggles alone any longer. Take that first step today toward a new future.

    Relationship Counseling

Relationship (or couples) counseling is for adults (18 and over) who are dating, engaged, married, or in commitment relationships. It's also for those who--for various reasons--seek to work on issues alone--without a partner present.

Throughout life, individuals in relationships may experience:

    • Anxiety, Anger, Addiction, Blame, Depression, Grief, and Jealousy
    • Communication Difficulties
    • Dependency
    • Disillusionment with Relationship--possibility of separation or divorce

    • Religious and spirituality differences
    • the Death of parent, relative, or friend
    • a Life-threatening or chronic illness
    • an Expected or Unexpected life events and challenges
At other times, individuals in relationship may simply seek to:
    • Acquire skills/techniques to minimize potential problem areas
